Are you passionate about HR and working closely together with the business? And are you eager to make a difference in our Supply Chain organization? Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for!

In our newly renovated headquarters in Ballerup, you will be part of our HR team, consisting of two HR Business Partners, a small operations team, a Project Manager, a Health & Safety Manager, and a Group HR Director. We are a relatively new team, and we are developing together to ensure great collaboration within the team, as with managers across the organization, to support the execution of our Toms26 strategy as well as the day-to-day support on people-related topics.

Dedicating yourself as HR Business Partner primarily to our Supply Chain Director and the SC management team, you will work with the full palette of HR and the employee life cycle, including:

  • Partnering with the functional management team, driving the annual HR wheel including talent development, performance management, salary regulation and engagement etc.
  • Being a trusted adviser and sparring partner on e.g., leadership, people topics including legal matters, team development and recruitment.
  • Recruiting with Supply Chain leaders, handling the process from job analysis and adverts to interviewing, testing, and onboarding, with administrative support from our operations team.
  • Some HR administrative tasks e.g., HR data and reporting in SuccessFactors, preparation for employee surveys, salary regulation etc.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, who is comfortable and confident discussing business challenges and people-issues with middle managers and senior leaders alike. You build trusting relationships and have a solid HR toolbox and knowledge of the annual processes in HR.

We foresee that you:

  • Have +5 years of experience working closely with both senior and middle managers as HR business partner/HR consultant, acting as a trusted sparring partner, preferably in an international production environment.
  • Have a good business understanding and the ability to link business needs to organisational development initiatives.
  • Are experienced within the HR annual wheel and HR disciplines like leadership, team and people development, engagement, recruitment, and labour law.
  • Experience working in SuccessFactors (or similar) is an advantage.
  • Have a master’s degree or another theoretical background within HRM, Organization or similar.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English.
