With you onboard we are a small master data team of three people, whom are part of the global CFO organization. The key to success is to build, maintain and ensure a production-ready data environment and enable data analytics to continuously drive us forward to run a smooth and effective operation.
You will have a broad contact surface with colleagues across the organization, but your main stakeholders will come from production, purchasing, and finance
Develop data and raise the (chocolate) bar
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end master data management process, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. Optimizing SAP ECC master data processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This means, that your primary task will be:
- Establish and drive master data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to master data Management within SAP ECC.
- Lead and manage a small team of master data specialists (2 specialist).
- Convert data into action-oriented insights.
About you:
To succeed in this role, the most important, is your attitude. You approach tasks with enthusiasm and are thorough, responsible and structured. You are a strong collaborator as well as an execution-oriented decision-maker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong track record for profitable business development.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP Modules PP, PP-PI, FICO, WM, SD, MM
Strong IT skills incl. MS Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, Visio
Experience with Master Data Governance topics.
- Data Cleansing and Standardization.
- Enrichment and Duplicate check.
- Data flow diagram with identified master data sources and users.
- Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Roles and Responsibility, Collaboration & communication.
- Simplified and efficient processes utilizing technology.
- Data Quality measurements.
