Job Description:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels and other suppliers to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and availability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for cost savings and enhanced offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of contracted services into company products.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise during the contract period.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to optimize contracting strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tourism contracting or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
