We are looking for a new colleague to join the HR team as HR Business Partner. Are you passionate about HR and eager to work closely with the business? Then come join us in bringing smiles to life!  

The role as HR Business Partner is dynamic and fun, as you will be acting as the go-to person for all people-related questions for leaders in our Supply Chain, both the day-to-day operational questions as well as more strategic and long-term discussions. You will be part of our dedicated HR team of 9 people situated in our modern and colorful office in Ballerup, and you will be working with HR colleagues in Poland as well. 

You will work with the full palette of HR tasks and the employee life cycle, including: 

Partnering with the leaders, driving the annual HR wheel including talent development, performance management, salary regulation and engagement etc.  

Being a trusted adviser and sparring partner on e.g., leadership, people topics including legal matters, team development and recruitment. 

Recruiting with Supply Chain leaders, handling the process from job analysis and adverts to interviewing, testing, and onboarding, with administrative support from our operations team. 

Some HR administrative tasks e.g., HR data and reporting in SuccessFactors, preparation for employee surveys, salary regulation etc.  

What we are looking for 

We are looking for a HR Business Partner with some years’ experience working as a HR Business partner or HR Consultant. You are naturally building trusting relationships and acting as a trusted sparring partner to leaders at all levels. You see opportunities, development needs and dare to challenge in the pursuit for a better tomorrow.   Furthermore, we foresee that you: 

Are curious to develop a good business understanding and the ability to link business needs to HR and organisational development initiatives. 

Have experience within the HR annual wheel and HR disciplines like recruitment, engagement, team development, leadership, people development, collective agreements and labour law – and you are eager to develop within the areas you may be less experienced within. 

Have experience in working in SuccessFactors or similar HR system. This is not a requirement but an advantage. 

Have a master’s degree or another theoretical background within HRM, Organization or similar. 

Are fluent in Danish and English.
