About the division
The division ‘Siemens Smart Infrastructure’ (SI) addresses the challenges of urbanization and climate change by connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries. It is organized into business units, with the ‘Electrification & Automation’ unit offering a comprehensive portfolio in electrification and automation. About the position
As an ISMS & QA Manager, you will initially be part of the Smart Infrastructure division within the Electrification & Automation unit. During the first 12-15 months, you will assist in achieving ISO certification objectives. Post-certification, you will join the division level management team, providing guidance and establishing structures and processes aligned with HQ requirements in information security and cyber security. You will be part of a dedicated team including an ISMS Manager and a QHSE Manager, collaborating with colleagues across various business units.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and control ISMS processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Ensure relevant ISO certification, primarily focusing on new ISO 27001 certification.
- Establish and follow up on QEHS and IT targets in cooperation with process owners, ensuring fulfillment of objectives.
- Create an annual audit plan and ensure its implementation.
- Maintain and implement systems for handling improvements, hazardous incidents, experience transfer, and customer complaints.
- Support management in ensuring the quality of management processes and compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
- Implement and document external QM, HSE, and IT security requirements.
- Contribute to bid preparation and participate in projects as Quality Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in implementing ISO 27001 in a complex environment.
- Expertise in interface management, policy definition and execution, internal audits, and legislation within ISMS processes.
- Ability to balance multiple needs and link business goals with IT security.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate professional messages to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
